Primary Function

As the academic leader for all degree programs within the College of Business, the Associate Dean is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive plan for the promotion of best practices for student success, and fostering programmatic and co-curricular innovations aligned with our mission. As part of our senior leadership team, the Associate Dean provides strategic direction in the areas of student recruitment, program implementation, student & industry engagement, and program assessment, and works closely with College, University and community leaders to meet the dynamic needs of our diverse population.

Minimum Required Qualifications for this position

Candidates must have a terminal degree in business, or a related field, with an academic record commensurate with an appointment at the level of associate or full professor (with tenure); a demonstrable record of accomplishment in a leadership role in higher education; a commitment to teaching, research, and student success; and the ability to fully engage on a leadership team that values collaboration, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
